Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in production planning and scheduling activities, including data entry, schedule updates, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Support maintenance of standard work, planning processes, and the production calendar.
- Help ensure accuracy and integrity of ERP planning data, including lead times, order quantities, reorder points, and scheduling parameters.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to support customer demand and inventory objectives.
- Monitor and reconcile scheduling inputs such as forecasts, work orders, and customer orders.
- Provide administrative support for capacity planning, resource tracking, and schedule adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with Operations and other departments to support communication, improve scheduling accuracy, and enhance execution.
- Assist in identifying scheduling conflicts or constraints and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Support efforts to meet customer requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Schedule:
The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8-10 hour shifts, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed based on workload demands.Note:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, planning, or administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with good communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Must be a U.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing resource planning (MRP).
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
