Responsibilities:
Conduct consultations to assess customer needs and recommend the best roofing solutions. Deliver persuasive presentations showcasing the benefits of our roofing products and services. Track leads and customer data in CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and great service. Participate in training to improve your skills and stay updated on roofing trends. Stay up-to-date on roofing products and industry standards to offer the best options.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for helping people. Self-motivated individuals who are ready to learn and thrive in a commission-only environment. Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
