less than 10% Hybrid possibility Job Description Seeking an experienced Program Scheduler to manage and integrate master plans and schedules for Department of Defense (DOD). This role involves creating IMP/IMS for projects, coordinating multi-schedule implementations, and working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and subcontractors. On-Site (Remote hybrid possible) for a project scheduler for DoD projects. The work includes the following functions: Developing and managing schedules for all assigned projects at BlackSea Technologies. Providing critical path analysis, identifying problem areas, and creating work-around solutions. Supporting Program Managers and Directors scheduling graphics for briefings. Preparing and submitting monthly reports for internal and external clients. Advising the team on matters affecting project success, schedule and cost impacts, and developing project recovery plans. Being a participant in project management teams to assist in meeting project deadlines. Developing and maintaining a change management program. Identifying out of scope work items and assisting in creating change order requests to be presented to client, including estimated cost and schedule impacts. Within area of responsibility, consistently identifying potential project problems or opportunities in a proactive manner, analyzing the issues using all appropriate resources, developing alternatives and arriving at the most optimum approach to mitigate problems or exploit opportunities. Interfacing with internal project teams and external clients.
Requirements:
Required Skills Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) and 3-5+ years in scheduling, specifically in DOD programs. The degree requirement can be waived for experienced/highly qualified applicants Expertise MS Project with a strong ability to develop and manage integrated schedules. Skills in identifying critical paths, managing EVMS schedules, and executing resource-loaded schedules. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure on multiple priorities. Must be US Citizen. DOD (SECRET) Clearance preferred. Applicant must be able to obtain a clearance.

Will be able to coordinate day-to-day taskings in the absence of the Program Manager Experience in coordinating logistics along with the Supply Chain Manager to reduce and eliminate schedule delays Identify areas of the schedule the present a high risk to the on-time completion of the project
