This position reports to the Director of Production Planning and Scheduling.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop production schedules that align with sales forecasts and production capacity to ensure on time delivery.

Track work order shortages and communicate with purchasing and manufacturing on any part shortfalls.

Build, maintain and analyze KPI reporting and recommendations to leadership, ensuring transparency on production progress, material readiness, and potential risks.

Coordinate production flow with stockroom, procurement and manufacturing group when scheduling work orders.

Schedule repair and production work orders for multiple work centers and determine capacity constraints.

Work with Quality and manufacturing on the disposition and scrapping of defective material.

Represent Material Control for Engineering Change Notices (E.C.N.) and make decisions based on impact to the master production schedule and material impact.

Track work order material variances and ensure work orders are closing in a timely manner.

Generate pick batches for shipment of product.

Complete task and training as assigned by management.

Follow TDSI manufacturing production flow.

Understand TDSI systems and processes and grow in competency with SAP S4/Hana.

Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or Manufacturing Technology Preferred) or equivalent experience.7-10+ years of experience in manufacturing or related field, with at least 3 years in electronics manufacturing ...For full information see follow application link.
