Pay:
$21.00 - $26.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, standard business hours

Temp-to-Hire About the Opportunity A global logistics company is seeking a detail-oriented 3PL Administrator to support daily warehouse and third-party logistics operations. This is a temp-to-hire, onsite position offering long-term potential with a growing organization. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment while interacting with internal teams, clients, and vendors. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders, work orders, shipping requests, and related documentation Enter, track, and maintain accurate data for inventory movements, receipts, and shipments Coordinate carrier pickups based on customer or client requirements Maintain adequate supplies of shipping and warehouse materials Support warehouse and 3PL operations with reporting, data tracking, and administrative tasks Perform client-specific processes such as inspections, cycle counts, and system updates Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and external service providers Assist leadership with special projects or additional operational support as needed Qualifications 1 year of experience in an administrative, warehouse, and logistics support role Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently Professional and courteous communication skills Comfortable working with minimal direct supervision Technical Skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office , particularly Excel Experience with Google Sheets is a plus Ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS) and internal programs Additional Requirements High school diploma or GED required Ability to obtain certifications as required by location Physical & Work Environment Combination of office and warehouse work Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Occasional weekend work for special inventories (generally quarterly) Why This Role Competitive hourly pay with temp-to-hire opportunity Stable weekday schedule Exposure to global logistics and 3PL operations Opportunity to grow into a long-term role based on performance All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
