Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Scheduler for our Home Care services team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the daily schedules of our home care professionals to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to enhancing client satisfaction and supporting our caregivers in providing exceptional care. Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for home care providers based on client needs and caregiver availability. Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and internal teams to confirm appointments and address scheduling conflicts promptly. Adjust schedules proactively in response to last-minute changes, emergencies, or cancellations to ensure continuous service coverage. Maintain detailed records of appointments, caregiver assignments, and client preferences within scheduling software. Collaborate with care coordinators and management to optimize staffing levels and improve operational efficiency. Monitor service delivery to ensure adherence to planned schedules and quality standards. Generate reports on scheduling activities, caregiver utilization, and client satisfaction metrics for management review. Skills Proven experience in scheduling or coordination within healthcare or home care settings preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor. Proficiency in scheduling software applications and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and solve problems efficiently. Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in record keeping. Knowledge of home care services regulations and best practices is a plus. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive timely, compassionate care while supporting our caregivers' work environment. $30- $34 Medical, Dental, Vsion, PTO
