Program Analyst/Scheduler

Integrated Program Solutions, Inc. is seeking to hire a full time Program Analyst/Scheduler located at Patuxent River, MD. Selected candidate must be willing to support onsite at the client location. Selected candidate will possess strong attention to detail, professional communication skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to excellence. This position is not eligible for remote or a hybrid work schedule. Must be able to work 100% onsite at client location, in Patuxent River, Maryland.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform critical program management, technical, or business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems and provide recommendations to ensure program success. Provide program analysis and integration support for all aspects of their respective Program and/or Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Collect, analyze, organize, and interpret schedule data relating to aircraft acquisition and product-based programs. Candidates must be able to plan, develop, sustain, and conduct analysis on Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Master Plans (IMP). Assist with developing and managing schedules that comply with a program's Statement of Objectives (SOO), Technical Performance Requirements (TPRs), Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS), and Contract Statement of Work (CSOW) and communicate to all levels of the project team and stakeholders effectively. Work with DoD clients to establish and monitor the program's execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria. Support the collection and collation of data and the interpretation of timelines. Candidates will provide subject matter expertise and reporting in scheduling, critical path analysis, and program coordination.

Qualifications:

Senior Master's degree / Over 6 years' experience in MS Project & OnePager Journeyman Bachelors' degree / 3 to 6 years' experience in MS Project & OnePager Junior Bachelor's degree / 1 to 3 years' experience in

MS Project & OnePager Security Clearance:

Due to the requirements of this contract, U.S. Citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required. Active Security Clearance is preferred. Pay:

$58,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
