Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Regional Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations across multiple facilities, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, projects, and logistics partners. Your proactive approach will help optimize project execution, improve efficiency, and uphold the high standards of safety and quality that RPM Warehouse is known for. Duties Coordinate regional construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate project planning, scheduling, and execution. Monitor project progress through detailed project scheduling and tracking tools like Primavera and Construction management software. Assist in preparing construction estimates by utilizing construction estimating techniques and software tools like ProCore and Bluebeam. Manage contracts, change orders, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements. Support site teams by providing timely updates on project milestones, resource allocation, and potential risks. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including time management logs and site reports. Requirements Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong understanding of construction site operations. Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, or similar platforms. Knowledge of project scheduling techniques and tools to effectively plan and monitor multiple projects simultaneously. Hands-on experience with construction estimating processes and contract management. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple sites or projects. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with diverse teams including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Construction site experience is highly preferred to understand on-the-ground challenges firsthand.
