Part-time TITLE:
Club Operations Specialist
REPORTS TO
COO FSLA Status :
þ Non-Exempt, Part-time, Hourly
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Provide operational and administrative support to Boys & Girls Club of Lenawee. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and operations related tasks, and be able to work independently with little supervision. Adjustment to working hours may be needed at times to accommodate for the Club schedule and & demands.
Hours :
20 hours weekly
KEY ROLES
(ESSENTIAL
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
): Support operational systems across the organization Actively assist with organizational data systems and digital platforms, including Salesforce, Google and Microsoft Suites Perform regular administrative duties promptly and effectively, including but not limited to Answer and direct incoming calls; Disburse and/or process incoming and outgoing mail and/or electronic communications, as needed Prepare correspondence on behalf of BGCL as needed Process paperwork related to volunteer and employment applications Assist with special event logistics Assist with the management of office equipment, supplies, service contracts, and vendor coordination Exercise good judgment and maintain strict confidentiality Additional duties as assigned
SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE PREFERRED
Associate Degree or equivalent experience preferred Excellent email and calendar management skills Strong knowledge of MS Office; experience with Canva is desirable Experience working with databases; Salesforce experience desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team player with strong organization and customer relations skills Be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage multiple priorities
