Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Field Estimator & Operations Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of service projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine fieldwork with operational support, ensuring accurate project estimates, effective cost control, and seamless project management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, and possess a strong foundation in project estimating, lawn service work, and field oversights. Your efforts will directly impact project accuracy, profitability, and client satisfaction. Duties Meet with customers to discuss landscaping and property maintenance needs. Prepare estimates and proposals for landscaping, mowing, cleanups, and other service projects. Conduct site visits to assess project scope and pricing requirements. Perform quality-control inspections of mowing crews and service teams. Document job conditions and communicate findings to management. Assist with scheduling, customer follow-up, and project coordination. Identify opportunities for additional services and improvements. Run occasional errands and assist with miscellaneous operational tasks. Support management with special projects as needed. Maintain positive relationships with customers and crew members. Schedule & Compensation Part-time, flexible schedule Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping, lawn care, construction, property maintenance, or a related field preferred. Ability to accurately estimate labor, materials, and equipment needs. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, email, and basic computer software. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to walk properties and perform light physical activities as needed. Pay:
$13.00 - $17.00 per hour
