Ground Up Pay:

What This Role Actually Is You'll start in our Communications Center, handling inbound calls from new patients and reaching out to existing hygiene patients to get them scheduled. It's a sales and communication role at its core — and we'll train you to be exceptional at it. But this is just the beginning. What Makes This Opportunity Different Over the course of roughly a year, you will be cross-trained on virtually every non-provider position in our company — front and back.

Front office: Receptionist, scheduling, patient accounts, and sales Back office: Dental assisting Cross-location experience: You'll be asked to cover posts across our 9 Southeast Michigan locations as needed, giving you real, hands-on exposure to how each practice operates. Mileage reimbursement is included. By the time you complete this program, you won't just know one job — you'll know the whole business. Duties:

Receiving inbound calls from new and existing patients Properly scheduling patients Answering basic questions regarding dental procedures and office policies Communicating important information to the proper individual/practice-Looking into accounts and/or charts to gather knowledge on the patient Answering LiveChats and emails using proper spelling and grammar
