The On Call Coordinator responds to after-hours call flow, coordinates staffing support, and helps ensure continuity of quality care and service for staff and persons served.Duties and Responsibilities :
Participate in the on-call rotation schedule Assist with filling staffing cancellations and call-offs that occur during on-call hours Respond to employee and operational inquiries promptly and professionally Log incoming calls and update ScheduleAnywhere as needed Assess the urgency of situations and communicate with appropriate staff for follow-up or resolution Maintain accurate documentation of staffing and call-related activity Support continuity of care and operations during after-hours coverage Perform other duties as assignedRequirements :
High school diploma or equivalent required One year of experience working with developmentally disabled or catastrophically injured individuals, including individuals with traumatic brain injuries preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to remain organized and respond effectively in fast-paced or urgent situationsPhysical Requirements :
Ability to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time Ability to operate computers and other office machinery Ability to move objects weighing up to 50 pounds Willingness to Travel 20% Join our team and make a real difference!
