JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule customer appointments for vehicle maintenance and repair services Coordinate workflow between service advisors, technicians, and parts department Optimize shop capacity and efficiency by managing the service calendar Adjust schedules based on cancellations, or parts availability Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction with scheduling processes
