What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinating schedules for our amazing caregivers and clients Solving last-minute call-offs like a pro (think: puzzle master energy) Communicating with staff, clients, and families with kindness and professionalism Supporting day-to-day office operations and keeping everything running smoothly Being the calm in the chaos when things get busy

The Schedule:

4 days per week in-office Monday - Thursday 8a-5p (because teamwork makes the dream work!) 1-2 days per week on-call (remote from the comfort of your home!) Weekend & holiday on-call rotation (shared with the team—you're not alone!) What Makes You a
