Organize, implement, and maintain project scheduling management systems to support assigned projects and programs. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6, including task creation, status updates, and schedule reporting. Coordinate with project staff, stakeholders, superintendents, field engineers, and contractors to define scope, schedule work activities, and manage assignments. Analyze schedule performance, evaluate progress against baseline plans, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions or recovery plans for delayed activities. Perform critical path analysis and assess schedule constraints to determine impacts of project changes and identify alternative work sequences. Develop and update weekly schedules while supporting change management processes, procedures, and systems throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and maintain periodic project status reports to provide management with accurate updates on schedule performance and project progress. Collaborate with project managers, cost engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure effective project execution and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or other PMI certifications are preferred but not required. PSP, CST, or other AACE International certifications are considered a plus. Knowledge of schedule quality best practices and standards related to Primavera P6 schedules is preferred. Familiarity with project gating procedures and stage-gate processes is beneficial. Previous experience supporting Gas Storage projects is considered an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for schedule analysis, reporting, and data management.
