Position Summary Grace Performance is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Dealership Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales, customer service, marketing, or the powersports industry. The Dealership Assistant will support daily dealership operations, assist customers throughout the sales process, and help maintain an attractive showroom and online presence. Primary Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. Assist customers throughout the sales process by answering questions and providing vehicle information. Gather customer information and assist with credit applications. Submit credit applications and related documentation to lending partners. Review pricing, financing options, and vehicle features with customers. Prepare and assist with the completion of finance and sales paperwork. Schedule customer appointments and follow up as needed. Attend manufacturer-provided training sessions to expand product knowledge and stay current on new models and features. Represent the dealership at offsite marketing events, demo rides, trade shows, and community events. Photograph inventory for dealership website Update vehicle pricing tags and showroom displays as needed. Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to prioritize tasks Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude. Comfortable speaking with customers and building relationships. Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Willingness to travel occasionally for training and dealership events. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience.
