Back MLM Operations Lead Specialist#2016984 Auburn Hills, Michigan, United StatesApply X Facebook LinkedIn Email Copy Job Description The MLM Operations Lead Specialist is responsible for supporting the Vice President of Material Logistics Management for NA. Support functions include assisting the leadership team in coordinating communication, aligning initiatives and tracking priorities across all divisions and functions of the MLM Department including: Operations, Plant Logistics Support, Packaging, Systems, Compliance, Pre-Series, Advanced Planning and Launch. This individual ensures effective follow-up on key actions, supports project planning and helps drive consistency and accountability across the MLM organization. The MLM Operations Lead Specialist participates in and promotes lean Stellantis Production Way activities.

Assist in scheduling and preparing materials for leadership meetings, plant reviews, and cross-functional updateTrack action items and follow-ups across multiple plants and logistics functionsSupport internal communication by summarizing key messages, updates, and decisionsAlign logistics goals and initiatives by maintaining project trackers, scorecards, and timelinesCoordinate with plant logistics leads and support functions (e.g., IT, quality, HR) to ensure alignmentAssist in documenting SOPs, playbooks, and best practices for consistency across plantsProvide support in gathering and summarizing data for performance metrics or presentations Location(s) 1000 Chrysler Drive, Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326,
United States Requirements Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business or a related fieldAbility to work any shift and overtime as requiredAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent oral and written communication skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or
Google SuitePublic Speaking SkillsPreferred Qualifications:
