Contracts Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Evaluate, onboard, and build long-term partnerships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). Negotiate contracts and service pricing with DSPs to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery services. Provide daily operational support to DSPs, addressing issues and ensuring smooth delivery processes. Monitor package deliveries to ensure accurate tracking and on-time performance. Resolve delivery-related issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement. Ensure DSPs comply with company policies, contractual agreements, and industry standards.
