Job Description

Position Summary The Manufacturing Scheduler at Profielnorm USA is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily production activities to ensure customer orders are manufactured efficiently, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time. This role works closely with production, purchasing, engineering, inventory, and shipping teams to balance labor resources, machine capacity, material availability, and shifting project priorities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a flexible, multi-functional position that supports a variety of operational responsibilities, including production scheduling, inventory coordination, purchasing support, and workflow management. The Manufacturing Scheduler must be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining efficient production flow and supporting overall operational performance. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities
  • Creating and maintaining the production schedule
  • Prioritizing orders based on due dates, customer needs, or production capacity
  • Coordinating machine, material and labor availability
  • Adjusting schedules for preventative maintenance and operational downtime
  • Communicating schedule changes to supervisors, operators, purchasing, and management
  • Tracking production progress and updating timelines
  • Issuing purchase orders and validating received goods
  • Managing inventory and material shortages
  • Using ERP systems to issue and manage work orders, purchasing records and production data Qualifications
  • 3-5 years' experience in production scheduling strongly preferred
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, integrity and self-discipline
Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year
