Home Care Scheduling Coordinator

As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the high-quality care they deserve. You will work closely with caregivers and clients, fostering meaningful connections and matching caregivers to clients based on their unique needs. Requirements Key Responsibilities:

Manage the scheduling of caregivers to meet the needs of clients. Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure each shift is covered. Maintain accurate records of caregiver and client schedules. Interact with clients and families to understand their needs and preferences. Provide ongoing support and guidance to caregivers. Participate in on-call scheduling rotations for after-hours communications. Assist with recruitment and training of new staff.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in scheduling, preferably in a healthcare or home care environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with health care regulations and compliance is a plus. Must possess a positive attitude and a desire to help others.
