Operations Assistant

Responsibilities Communicate effectively with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to ensure excellent service Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and maintain a positive work environment Perform warehouse duties , including organizing inventory, packing orders, and maintaining cleanliness Handle local deliveries safely and efficiently using company vehicle Support sales efforts by assisting customers, processing orders, and promoting products, and establishing new clients Answer incoming calls , take accurate orders, and respond to customer inquiries Manage email correspondence , including customer service, order updates, and miscellaneous tasks Use basic computer programs for data entry, order processing, and internal communication Skills Friendly, positive attitude with a strong work ethic Excellent communication skills—written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using basic computer programs (email, order entry, spreadsheets) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for local deliveries Previous experience in customer service, sales, or warehouse operations is a plus Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks Benefits Supportive, close-knit team environment Variety in your day—no two days are the same Paid time off and holiday pay On-the-job training provided
