Operations Manager Summary The Operations associate is responsible for receiving repair returns, staging pumps for repairs, performing daily paint jobs of completed pumps and spare parts, maintaining warehouse equipment, maintenance schedules, and calibration requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.- Responsible for daily paint jobs of completed pumps and spare parts
- Receiving in all Repairs (RMA)
- Maintain maintenance and calibration for warehouse needs
- Unloading, accepting, and signing for deliveries and customers. Recording damage where applicable
- Coordination with Repairs and Production Planning will be critical to effectively processing RMA (Return Material Authorization) orders and maintaining the production schedule.
- Verify against documents and enter stock receipt.
- Stage pump and remove packaging material.
- Tracking key process indicators (KPI)
