Job Description

We're hiring a Parts Operations Coordinator to become the backbone of our service operation, owning parts flow, supporting technicians, and ensuring zero downtime for our customers. This is not an entry-level mindset role. This is for someone who thrives under pressure, takes ownership, and gets it right the first time. The Role You will own the movement of parts across our business, inventory, orders, deliveries, and communication ensuring our technicians and customers always have what they need, when they need it. You are the connector between service, customers, and vendors and the standard for how things get done.
What You'll Own Parts Execution:
Quote, source, order, and fulfill parts with speed and accuracy
Inventory Control:
Maintain clean, accurate inventory and stay ahead of shortages
Operational Flow:
Ensure technicians get the right parts on time, every time
Customer Support:
Deliver fast, knowledgeable, no-excuses service
Logistics:
Coordinate and execute deliveries between shop, jobsites, and vendors
Standards:
Keep systems, workspace, and processes tight and efficient What Sets You Apart Relentlessly organized and detail-driven Moves fast without sacrificing accuracy Takes ownership, no babysitting required Communicates clearly and professionally Thrives in a high-performance, team-first environment Requirements Valid driver's license with clean record Strong computer and systems aptitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop/warehouse environment Prior parts, service, or material handling experience a
