We are currently seeking candidates with exceptional customer service skills to join our team as a Patient Scheduler in a fast-paced Inbound Call Center environment. Duties and Responsibilities:
Be the direct contact for in-bound/out-bound calls for new and existing patients Set up patient appointments/follow-ups for our locations across the US Consult with patients about specific services offered per location Will work independently but with a team player mentality Problem Solving and effective communication skills Comply with HIPAA patient confidentiality regulations Handles 3 screen monitor use Ability to handle 150+ calls daily
Experience Preferred:
1+ year(s) in a high volume call center 1+ year(s) experience with Back-to-back calling 1+ year(s) with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Notepad 1+ year(s) Medical terminology is a plus 3+ years in customer service Familiar with Nextgen and Cisco system Bilingual is a plus Requirements for a
Patient Scheduler:
