Job Description

Occupational Development Center, Inc. ODC is seeking a hands-on, mission-driven Operations Assistant to lead daily manufacturing operations within assigned departments. This role combines frontline production leadership with inventory oversight, safety management, and team development. The Operations Assistant will perform all required daily activities in the inventory control system including sales entry, manufacturing builds, purchase orders, packing slips, invoicing, shipping, receiving and bill of materials. The Operations Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring quality output, operational efficiency, and a safe, inclusive work environment. In partnership with the Plant Manager, this position helps drive performance while actively supporting ODC's mission to empower individuals of all abilities.
