Overview We're looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Print Marketing Associate to support daily operations in our print marketing shop. This role is hands‑on and customer‑facing, helping ensure smooth workflow from customer intake to final print fulfillment. We're seeking someone who is a team player, works well with others, communicates clearly, and brings a proactive, problem‑solving mindset to daily tasks. Key Responsibilities Customer Intake — Greet customers, understand project needs, gather specifications, and enter job details accurately. Customer Service — Provide friendly, knowledgeable support in person, by phone, and via email. Order Management — Process orders, track job status, and ensure timely communication with customers. Designer Coordination — Communicate project details, revisions, and deadlines to the design team. Print Fulfillment — Operate print equipment, prepare materials, package finished products, and ensure quality control. Shop Upkeep — Maintain a clean, organized workspace; restock supplies; assist with general shop operations. Workflow Support — Assist management with daily tasks, scheduling, and operational needs.
