Master Scheduler

Master/Production Scheduler (Manufacturing) - Onsite | 4-Day Work Week Seeking a highly driven Master Scheduler to take full ownership of production scheduling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a critical role responsible for coordinating all production activity, optimizing workflow, and ensuring on-time delivery across a high-mix operation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, constantly changing environment and enjoys solving complex scheduling challenges with minimal oversight. What You'll Do Own and manage the master production schedule across all departments Develop daily and weekly schedules, including detailed "plan of the day" execution Prioritize jobs based on due dates, material availability, and shop capacity Monitor production progress and adjust schedules in real time to address delays and bottlenecks Partner with purchasing, production, engineering, and sales to ensure alignment and feasibility Track backlog, overdue orders, and capacity to maintain on-time delivery Anticipate risks and proactively resolve issues impacting production flow Maintain accurate data within the ERP system and serve as the go-to resource for scheduling visibility Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes and production flow What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing operations Strong proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision making Experience working within an ERP system (any platform) Ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Highly proactive, self-directed, and comfortable operating with minimal structure Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments Work Environment & Schedule Onsite role (Little Falls, MN area) 4-day work week: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime available (Fridays/Saturdays optional)
