DSG Capital Advisors is a boutique, fast-growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) based in Edina, MN. We serve a select group of high-net-worth client families through a personalized, Family Office model, and as we grow, we're adding a Client Operations Associate / Manager to our team. This isn't a back-office role. You'll work side by side with our advisors, leadership, and clients, playing a meaningful part in the experience we deliver every day. What you'll do: Manage day-to-day operations and workflows across the firm Support client onboarding, account management, and service requests Coordinate between advisors, leadership, and custodians Identify and improve operational processes as we scale Contribute to a team-first culture built on accountability and excellence Who we're looking for: 2-8 years of operations experience in an RIA, wealth management, or financial services environment Someone who thrives in a boutique, high-touch setting — not a large corporation Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats A collaborative communicator who takes ownership of their work A process-driven professional dedicated to streamlining workflows and maximizing operational efficiency.
