Custody Operations Specialist

Custody Operations Specialist (2nd Shift) Join a team supporting critical document operations in a secure vault environment. This role combines physical activity and analytical work , requiring you to manage, track, and locate loan files with a high level of accuracy. What You'll Do Pull, return, and organize loan files within the vault Perform quality checks to ensure accurate file placement Research and locate missing or misfiled documents Track file movement using Excel and internal systems Maintain accurate records and support daily production goals Communicate with team members to resolve file issues What We're Looking For Basic Microsoft Office (Excel) skills Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability Experience in production, warehouse, or filing environments Ability to stand/walk most of the shift and lift up to 30 lbs Comfortable working in a structured, fast‑paced environment Why Join Us Stable 2nd shift schedule (4:00 PM - 12:30 AM) Opportunity to build experience in document custody and operations Team‑focused environment with consistent workflow Work Environment Large, quiet vault setting (office/warehouse style) Physically active role with frequent walking and filing Business casual dress (comfortable shoes allowed) Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
