Senior Administrative Specialist Minnetonka, MN (100% Onsite) | Investment Banking Join a growing, tight-knit investment banking firm where your versatility and initiative will make a real impact. We're looking for an Administrative Operations Specialist to support a variety of business functions-from marketing and recruiting to IT coordination and day-to-day operations. If you're highly organized, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic, multi-functional role, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Coordinate IT-related projects and serve as liaison with outsourced helpdesk (cybersecurity, system updates, troubleshooting, onboarding/offboarding) Maintain CRM (HubSpot) and support marketing initiatives (newsletters, deal announcements, contact research) Assist with recruiting efforts (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination) Provide administrative support (calendar management, SOP development, meeting prep) Plan internal events and coordinate client gifting programs Manage vendor relationships and communications Act as backup receptionist as needed What You Bring 5+ years of administrative or multi-functional experience Experience spanning admin, operations, marketing, or HR support Professional services background preferred High school diploma required (college degree not required) Familiarity with tools such as: HubSpot (preferred), Monday.com Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive Adobe, DocuSign, Zoom Strong soft skills: Self-starter with a proactive mindset Adaptable and eager to learn Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Compensation & Schedule Salary:
$65,000 - $75,000
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
