Job Description

Staffing Coordinator/ Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and maintaining accurate schedules for all IHS (Individualized Home Supports) and Homemaking services. This role ensures that team members are scheduled appropriately supporting the people we serve as needed. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain schedules for IHS and Homemaking team members and clients Ensure all shifts and visits are staffed according to client needs and service authorization Communicate schedule changes promptly to team members, clients, and management Track team members' availability, client cancellations, and time-off requests Fill open shifts in a timely and efficient manner to ensure service continuity Verify that schedules align with DHS service authorizations Support EVV compliance by confirming clock-in and clock-out accuracy Maintain clear communication with team members Work collaboratively with management to address scheduling concerns or patterns affecting service delivery Provide direct service to the people we support as needed.   • Maintain confidentiality of all team members and clients information Respond to scheduling issues professionally and promptly Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills Provide consistent follow-through with scheduling commitments Display flexibility and problem-solving when last-minute changes occur Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent

) Previous experience in scheduling, staffing, or administrative duties (preferably in human services or healthcare) Knowledge of IHS (In Home Support) and Homemaking program requirements under the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) a bonus Proficient with scheduling systems, EVV, and Microsoft Office Skills to be successful in this role: A team player with strong communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The ability to multitask various duties and tasks
  • A Plus! Valid Minnesota Driver's License, Reliable Transportation, and Current Auto Insurance Coverage
  • Required! Work Environment This position is "on-site" at the Minnesota Lifestyles Solutions office and requires regular communication via phone, text, and email with team members and the people we serve. This position is also "in the field"
  • getting to know the team members, the people we serve, and back-up caregiver as needed.
Some flexibility outside regular business hours may be required to address urgent scheduling needs.
