The Role:
What You'll Do As a Field Operations Specialist, you are the \"boots on the ground\" ensuring every project meets our company standard. Your day will be a mix of logistics, quality control, and customer relations.
Field Leadership:
Provide direction to install teams, confirm specifications are followed, and perform walkthroughs with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Logistics & Warehouse:
Pick up and deliver materials and assist with warehouse.
Hands-On Support:
Make minor fence adjustments/repairs on-site and operate forklifts/machinery as needed.
Growth:
Develop deep expertise in industry standards, products, and proprietary processes. What You Bring to the
Team Minimum Qualifications Customer Service:
Proven experience managing in-person customer interactions with a high level of professionalism.
Physical Ability:
Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors.
Clean Record:
Valid driver's license, clean driving history, and ability to pass a background check/drug screening.
Trailer Skills:
Comfortable driving and maneuvering a trailer. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the fencing industry. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Forklift certification. Strong tech/computer skills.
