This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and institutional policies while supporting the efficient delivery of financial aid to students. Primary functions include, but are not limited to: Process and award federal, state, and institutional financial aid to eligible students in a timely and accurate manner Ensure aid packages comply with all federal, state, and institutional policies and regulations. Review student accounts and make necessary adjustments to financial aid awards to reflect changes in student eligibility or special circumstances. Assist in implementing updates and changes to procedures as needed to maintain regulatory compliance and improve operational efficiency Serve as a collaborative flexible team member by providing cross functional support during peak processing periods and assisting in other areas of the financial aid office as needed. Shift M-F, 8am-5pm Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a financial aid office
Anticipated Hiring Range Salary Range:
$19.50-$23.00/hr
