  • Full-time Overview The Automotive Office position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive dealership and upfitter.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in customer service and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, and providing exceptional support to both customers and staff. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in this fast-paced environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries at the front desk. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to documents and information. Provide administrative and customer service support to management Utilize DMS for bookkeeping tasks related to customer accounts and transactions. Assist with clerical duties such as typing, proofreading documents, and preparing reports. Handle accounts payable and receivable Title and Finance paperwork administration Ensure a clean and organized office environment that promotes efficiency. Deliver excellent customer support by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Skills Experience in a DMS system such as DealerTrack Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy office setting. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions with clients. Prior experience in an automotive office or administrative roles is preferred. Familiarity with automotive title and finance paperwork a plus Bilingual abilities are advantageous for enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Capable of performing bookkeeping, accounts payable, and receivable tasks with attention to detail. We are seeking a dedicated individual who excels in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to our team's success in delivering exceptional automotive services. Must have good driving record
