Description:
Scheduling Coordinator at Kearney Dental - Full Time Responsibilities include: Reception -greeting patients in person and answering phone calls Patient Scheduling using practice management Software Presentation of Treatment Plans prepared by the doctor Calling or looking up patient insurance benefits Entering in insurance plans in management software Submitting and reconciling Insurance claims Collecting of patient payments and posting to patients ledger Participation in meetings with doctor and staff Handling incoming and outgoing referrals, scanning, documenting and charting patient information Willingness to work until 7:00 p.m. one to two days a week

Previous experience of 1 + years in the dental field -knowledge of procedures, terminology, and dental insurance required Dentrix experience preferred but not required Positive, fun, team player attitude Polite, professional demeanor Strong financial background to manage accounts Good computer skills Honesty and integrity The desire for personal growth and to see the practice succeed
