This position plays a vital role in ensuring our residents receive safe transportation services while maintaining efficient staffing schedules to support quality resident care. Qualifications & Requirements

• Class E License preferred
• Clean driving record is

• Excellent attendance is

REQUIRED

• Must be able to safely transport and transfer residents independently
• CNA certification

REQUIRED

• Scheduling experience preferred
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations professionally
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
• Must be dependable, organized, and team-oriented
• Must have been employed with our facility for at least 6 months
• Position includes paid on-call hours
• MUST be able to perform all duties of a CNA without restriction
• MUST have the ability to flex your schedule to meet resident and staffing needs Responsibilities Include
• Scheduling CNA staff to ensure adequate coverage while meeting budgeted hours
• Coordinating resident transportation appointments and outings
• Safely transporting residents to and from appointments
• Assisting residents with transfers and mobility as needed
• Managing schedule changes, call-ins, and staffing challenges
• Communicating effectively with nursing staff, families, and outside providers
• Covering call-ins after hours and weekends as assigned
