Shift Hours:

We're hiring a Production Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and optimize production activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand, inventory, and capacity Work closely with procurement, inventory control, and manufacturing teams to confirm material and resource availability Monitor production flow and adjust schedules as needed due to demand changes, equipment downtime, or labor constraints Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements Maintain accurate production records and schedule adherence Manage the Aluminum Manufacturing schedule, including packet assembly Support the painted metal process to ensure materials are sent to and returned from the coater on schedule

What You'll Need:

2+ years of production scheduling experience Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, ERP/MRP systems, and lean production principles Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, scheduling software, and production tracking tools

Physical Requirements:
