Job Description
Job Description Responsible for completing the patient registration process for dental services by collecting demographic information, determining appropriate fees and collection of payment. Function as liaison between dental students and patients. The main tasks will be accepting referrals, scheduling appointments, verifying dental codes and confirming appointments. Skills patient scheduling, microsoft office Qualifications Two (2) years experience in a health care setting or related field; dental experience strongly preferred Medical Scheduling experience is a huge plus Two (2) years experience in customer service. Good computer skills including the use of word processing and e-mail software. Knowledge of Third Party Reimbursement required. Ability to accurately register and interview clients. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Louis, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
