Job description Job Duties Scheduling Staff with Individuals Scheduling Staff and communicating with staff about upcoming appointments for individuals Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding shifts, call in's, picking up shifts and transfer calls to other appropriate office staff Communicating schedule changes with staff Verifying scheduling book and ADP match Making sure monthly service verifications match schedules Deactivating associates in Therap Schedules are updated in ADP Calling staff to fulfill shifts as needed Keeping up with call-ins and pointing accordingly Carrying out write-ups in accordance with our policies Any other activities that are deemed necessary for the position.
  • Working hours in the office is Mon
  • Fri 8am
  • 4:30pm Rotate on Call, answering and fulfilling shifts after hours. You must be able to work all shifts as needed while on on
  • call.
Qualifications Previous experience as a scheduler or in a related role (preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage schedules and appointments Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with Staff and individuals Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle call volumes in a professional manner
