This individual will play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations of property management remain organized and efficient, with a strong focus on implementing and maintaining effective processes. We're looking for someone who is money motivated and driven by incentive-based pay. The ceiling is the limit for those willing to work extremely hard, both from a growth perspective and a financial one. The harder you work, the more you earn.

Role Include:
Coordinating daily administrative and operational tasks within the office Supporting internal workflows related to property management and client service Helping manage resident, vendor, and owner communications Approve maintenance requests and draft owner communication for approvals Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Support month-end financials and soft close processes Key tracking, and maintaining organized property and tenant folders Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and internal data management Communicate with owners professionally and accurately as needed Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is regularly updated Assist in answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors
QUALIFICATIONS

SKILL SETS
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook) and the Internet. Proficiency in coordinating and updating shared file formats. Experience in AppFolio or similar SaaS application preferred.
Communication Skills:
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English well. Excellent phone etiquette skills are important. Proofreading and dictation skills a requirement. Excellent grammatical and spelling skills necessary. Ability to keep matters confidential.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as rules, instructions and procedures. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, tenants, customers and the general public.
Math Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure including American money and weight. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percentages and calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and area. Ability to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with an extensive variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to organize and plan effectively and ability to think analytically to solve problems and make proper decisions.
