Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service / Scheduler to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, manage scheduling appointments, and provide outstanding support to ensure smooth operations. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help foster positive relationships with customers while maintaining efficient workflow. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with a friendly and professional attitude Schedule appointments and coordinate project timelines with clients and team members Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions, concerns, and special requests effectively Maintain accurate data entry of client information, orders, and scheduling details using Microsoft Office and other computer tools Handle outbound calling to follow up with clients or confirm appointments, ensuring clear communication Manage cash handling procedures when necessary and process payments accurately Document interactions, updates, and scheduling changes meticulously for seamless record keeping Requirements Multilingual abilities are a plus; fluency in English is required, with Bilingual skills highly desirable Proven experience in customer service or call center environments with strong phone etiquette Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to engage clients professionally Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and scheduling tasks Experience with outbound calling, client services, or sales is preferred Strong analysis skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and resolve issues proactively Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Typing speed and accuracy to support efficient data entry processes Join us to be part of a lively team that values proactive service, clear communication, and a positive attitude!
