We strive to bring families peace of mind by creating care plans that prioritize well-being and quality of life. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Madison, MS. The Job Title will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and support for clients, assessing individual needs, developing personalized care plans, and maintaining communication with clients and their families. Duties also include managing daily operations, supporting the care team, and following compliance guidelines to deliver quality service that meets company standards. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients and team members Organizational and time management skills to effectively oversee care services and ensure operational efficiency Experience in care planning and a detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate records Knowledge of compliance standards and best practices in the healthcare or home care industry Proficiency in using relevant software tools and technologies for scheduling and documentation Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Relevant certifications or training in healthcare, caregiving, or management is a plus Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, or a related field is preferable but not mandatory
