  • Full-time Position summary The Training Master Scheduler serves as the single point of contact for all training scheduling matters at NCTC Gulfport and acts as the Contractor Site Lead.
Coordinates input from CSFE and NETC, manages classroom and lab assignments, and provides overall on-site management of the contract. Key responsibilities Coordinate all training conducted at NCTC Gulfport and scheduled off-site locations Manage class quota requests and course enrollments via the enterprise Navy Training Reservation System (eNTRS) Maintain and update NITRAS, CETARS, and Master Course Reference File per NCTC, NETC, and CSFE directives Draft, submit, and promulgate weekly C1, D1, F1, and G1 school course schedules Conduct weekly scheduling meetings with NCTC Gulfport, NCG2, and tenant NMCB training personnel Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts to maximize training opportunities Update and present monthly metrics brief Assist N8 (Business/Financial Management) with scheduling costs, ERPs, and reimbursable billing data Provide advance notice of schedule changes to minimize discrepancies in student attendance Act as local point of contact for all daily contract operations; provide contractor name/contact to NCTC Business Manager within 15 calendar days of award Minimum qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a training scheduler Knowledge of Navy Seabee structure and construction-related vocations Proficiency with computers and automated office systems (reporting, data input/extraction, presentations) Experience drafting course curriculum Ability to communicate clearly at all levels of a training organization Work environment & physical demands Primarily office-based. Occasional monitoring of field construction site training requires knowledge of construction safety regulations and use of appropriate PPE. Core hours Mon-Fri, 0700-1600.
