Storm Damage Field Representative (Appointment Setter)

Job Description:

AnchorPoint Public Adjusters is expanding following recent storm activity in the Purvis and surrounding areas. We are hiring motivated, confident field representatives to speak with residential and commercial property owners and schedule qualified appointments for licensed public adjusters. This is not an adjusting role. You will not negotiate claims or interpret insurance policies.

Your role is simple:

Introduce our company, explain that we offer free claim reviews, and schedule appointments.

Compensation:

$100 per kept appointment $150 bonus if a commercial appointment results in a signed contract No cap on earnings Performance-based compensation (no hourly pay) A kept appointment means: Property owner or decision-maker present Visible damage or active claim concern No existing public adjuster Licensed adjuster meets with them

Responsibilities:

Door-to-door outreach in storm-affected areas Speak professionally with homeowners and business owners Pre-qualify for storm damage or claim concerns Schedule confirmed appointments Submit daily activity reports

Pay:

From $100.00 per day Application Question(s): Do you have prior door-to-door sales experience? If yes, briefly describe what you sold. Are you comfortable working strictly performance-based (no hourly pay) Do you have reliable transportation and are you able to work in storm-affected neighborhoods daily?
