Toyota Service Scheduler

Description The Toyota Service Experience Coordinator is primarily responsible for reaching out to serving customers enthusiastically on the phone, via e-mail, and instant messaging, securing, and updating confidential customer information, and scheduling service appointments while maintaining the highest level of customer service, satisfaction, and retention.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

? Answer incoming service calls, schedule service appointments, and secure client information in a courteous and professional manner. ? Calling, texting and emailing Toyota customers who are due for service and maintenance. ? Document conversations with customers in a detailed and thorough manner to allow reference of conversation notes at a future date. ? Adhere to pre-set phone scripts and make suggestions for improvements to management. ? Enter data and maintain customer databases and tracking programs while maintaining the highest level of customer information confidentiality. Maintain and update Excel files and Google docs to track and report monthly progress.

Requirements Follow procedures and policies set forth by management, the Employee Handbook and the Non-DOT Drug and Alcohol Policy. Keep a neat and orderly workstation. Be willing to perform necessary tasks outside of normally assigned duties and responsibilities to help the BDC Managers operate the Business Development Center productively and efficiently. Maintain and wear all required safety and health personal protective equipment in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Follow all safety and health procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Any other duties as assigned by management High School Diploma or equivalent.
