Responsibilities include posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, collecting onboarding documents, creating caregiver schedules, filling open shifts, communicating with caregivers and clients, and maintaining accurate documentation. Ideal candidate should be organized, responsive, professional, and comfortable handling phone calls, texts, scheduling changes, and urgent staffing needs. Prior home care, healthcare staffing, recruiting, or scheduling experience is preferred. Knowledge of EVV, Medicaid PCS, HHAExchange, Sandata, CareBridge, or QiRePort is a plus.
