Possible, currently approved for 6 months only Position Overview Seeking an experienced Securities Operations professional with strong operational risk, trade lifecycle, and AI enablement experience to support large-scale operational initiatives within a complex financial services environment. This role will focus on analyzing and optimizing securities operations workflows, structuring operational knowledge into scalable frameworks, and supporting AI-enabled process improvements using tools such as Microsoft Copilot and related automation technologies. The ideal candidate combines deep securities operations expertise with strong analytical thinking, process mapping, and prompt engineering capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead complex operational initiatives across Securities Operations functions Analyze and optimize trade lifecycle workflows and operational processes Translate operational procedures into structured, repeatable frameworks for AI-enabled solutions Design structured AI prompts with rules, guardrails, and validation logic to improve operational consistency and reduce hallucination risk Organize and normalize operational data into scalable knowledge management structures Support implementation of AI-enabled workflow optimization and operational efficiency initiatives Research and resolve complex operational issues, trade exceptions, and escalations Perform operational risk analysis and support workflow control improvements Collaborate with business partners, operations teams, and senior leadership on strategic initiatives Support operational functions including: Client onboarding Securities settlement Cash payments Funding operations Custodial operations General ledger reconciliation Customer service operations Lead process improvement initiatives and support cross-functional project delivery Monitor operational production activities and support execution against business priorities Required Qualifications 5+ years of Securities Operations experience Strong understanding of: Trade lifecycle management Securities settlement Operational risk controls Cash and funding operations Custodial operations Experience with: Prompt engineering AI enablement tools (Copilot or similar) Operational process mapping Workflow analysis Knowledge management Data structuring in Excel or similar tools Ability to break down complex workflows into scalable operational frameworks Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills Experience working in complex enterprise operational environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing AI or Copilot solutions within operations environments Experience building workflow optimization or knowledge-based solutions Contact center or frontline support experience Experience with: Power Automate SharePoint Workflow automation tools Knowledge management platforms Previous Wells Fargo experience strongly preferred Ideal Candidate Profile Securities Operations SME with strong trade lifecycle expertise Comfortable driving operational transformation initiatives Strong blend of operations, process engineering, and AI enablement skills Able to translate operational knowledge into scalable AI-supported workflows Experienced working with enterprise stakeholders across operations and technology teams
