You will assist with a variety of duties necessary to the basic operations of your employer.

Job responsibilities include:

• Opening the restaurant daily and actively involved in the overall cleanliness of the entire restaurant.
• Cleaning assignments include the restrooms, trash removal, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors and wiping down tables and chairs.
• Educate customers on how to sample beer. (Color, Clarity, carbonation, head retention, aroma, mouthfeel/body, flavors, finish)
• Learn the IPourIt POS system
• Assist with inventory procedures
• Knows how to change (tap) a keg
• Ensure the tap room area, shelving, storage areas, cooler are clean and orderly.
• Wash and put away all Tap Room glassware.
• Programming new kegs tapped into the IpourIt system

• MUST HAVE A GREAT AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE

• Provide excellent customer service to visitors. Greet and serve visitors in a positive and friendly way.
• must have a basic knowledge of craft beer
