Job Description
Job Overview JT Auto Group is hiring motivated BDC Agents to handle inbound leads and set appointments for our sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident on the phone, organized, and driven by performance. You will be working with dealership-provided leads — no need to find your own customers. No experience? We provide training. Duties Respond to inbound internet, phone, and text leads Make outbound follow-up calls to customers Schedule and confirm showroom appointments Communicate with customers to understand their needs Track all interactions in CRM Work closely with the sales team This position requires full-time availability, including weekends and extended hours. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that involves consistent phone activity and follow-up. Longer work hours may be required during busy periods.
