Located in Thomasville, NC. Xceldyne engineering and manufacturing facility is focused on the manufacture of highly technical, high-precision titanium, steel, and aluminum performance parts for Formula One, NASCAR, and other top line engines. Summary This person plans, schedules, and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure timely delivery, optimal resource use, and to ensure the company stays on track with the Annual Operating Plan. Essential functions Creates, updates, and manages production and employee schedules daily Manages and maintains sequencing and capacity settings within ERP system Balances both work center and human capacities with alternate routes to meet production deadlines Demonstrates required labor hours to Operations Management team weekly Uses production demand with current capacities to advise Sales team of lead times Reviews lead time compliance against new orders and releases jobs in the ERP system Reviews manufactured inventory levels to drive demand in the schedule Respond to disruptions and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule accuracy Monitors progress of the schedule against the Annual Operating Plan Requirements Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred Experience in ERP functionality and database management (Infor SyteLine experience preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Excel Basic financial acumen with cost accounting in a manufacturing setting Capable of independent work, driven and self-motivated Excellent communication skills
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
